Who’s it For?

Me. You. All. Regardless of age or ability. If you’ve a passion for adventure. Love to be out in nature on two wheels, then this gathering is for you. Riding, coaching and workshops are offered at levels to suit the newbie rider, through to the experienced adventure seeker.

Can I Come On My Own?

Absolutely. The event is set up to encourage community and the forging of new friendships. Some of our closest friendships began at similar gatherings!

What Type of Riding?

Gravel, Cross Country, Mountain Biking. Call it what you will. There are single track descents, bridleways, gravel roads and woodland climbs, and some challenging terrain if you fancy. A range of rides and routes are available with your skills in mind.

Bring what you would like to ride for the weekend. You are catered for in our coaching and guided rides.

  • Lanes, fire roads, and gentle single track – Bring your gravel or XC bike (tyres should be a minimum of 35mm for comfort)
  • The above with more single track and bridleways were the terrain gets rougher – Keen gravelers and XC riders or a hard tail (40mm tyres for comfort)
  • Single track to a technical terrain, think blue to red – Keen hard tail riders to full suss
  • Technical train and pushing yourself – definitely a full suss.

plus the relevant safety gear (helmet at the least) and basic bike maintenance gear.

What Do I Need?

Camping gear, unless you’d rather glamp. We have a few quirky glamping pods up for grabs.

Extra munchies. Evening meals are provided as part of our community evening gatherings. There are breakfast catering trucks on site, though you may prefer your own camp breakie.

What If I Don’t Have the Kit?

If you have nothing but a passion to attend, we got you covered. Demo bikes are available. And we have a few bundles of full camping kit on loan. Email us your requirements BEFORE you book.

Paid a deposit? When is final payment due?

If you chose to pay for your ticket in 2 instalments, the final payment is due 4 weeks prior to the event. That will be the 31st of March, 2023.

A further email will be sent to you with a link to pay a minimum of 5 weeks before the event. If you wish to pay sooner you can do so by replying to your order email.

Are there showers, toilets, washing up?

Our campsite works on a very small footprint for electricity and water that is why we are asking for a small fee for a weekend shower pass £10, bookable with your ticket.

There is potable water and portable toilets on site regardless.

We will have basic wash up facilities for you in the camping area. These will be outdoors and not under cover.

Is there a bike lock-up?

The campsite is very safe and is a fair distance from any main road or village. There will not be dedicated space to lock your bike up.

Please bring a lock with you if you would like added protection.

Is there access to electricity? Will I be able to charge my E-bike

As mention above the campsite has a very small footprint. There will not be dedicated places to charge your phone or other devices, please come prepared.

Yes, we plan to have a dedicated place to charge e-bikes, although we need to know that you are bringing an e-bike beforehand so we can accommodate.
